Looking for a customer-focused banking professional who enjoys helping people and building relationships? Join our team as a Member Services Representative supporting branches throughout Morrisville, Cary, and Raleigh, NC.

This is a great opportunity for someone with teller or banking experience who wants to grow their career in financial services while working in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Candidates should be comfortable working from and supporting multiple branch locations as business needs require.

What You'll Do

• Open and maintain member accounts (Checking, Savings, CDs, IRAs, and more)
• Help members with account questions, online banking, mobile banking, and bill pay
• Recommend products, services, and loan solutions that meet members' needs
• Assist members in person, by phone, email, and written correspondence
• Answer incoming calls when not assisting members in the branch
• Support teller operations as needed during breaks, vacations, or absences
• Provide exceptional member service across multiple branch locations

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year of teller experience in a retail banking environment preferred
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for customer service
• Comfortable discussing and recommending financial products and services
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation and ability to work from branch locations in Morrisville, Cary, and Raleigh as needed

Schedule

Branch Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM

Team members typically arrive around 8:00 AM to prepare for opening and stay briefly after closing for balancing and end-of-day activities.
